Has anyone seen this proof or stamping on inside of bolt handle?

This bolt was on a Haitian ARMEE D'HATTI FAB NAT D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE 30-06. I don't think it belongs on this rifle. All parts of the bolt match, but it does not match the SN of the rifle. The stamp is on the bottom of the bolt handle. If someone can ID this bold it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Its a WW1 Bavarian firing proof, heres a link to an Amberg with a good enough photo you can see it:

This one is all matching with a rod that I believe is unnumbered (Rod shows some pitting around numbered area and it’s indiscernible), the buttplate is marked with a depot "7" for Rastatt, but I can't see any force matched parts. Regrettably I can't get the front action screw loose to see the...
