Help identify this stamp?

Help identifing skull stamp? +Barrel/receiver stamps

The stamp is located under the pistol grip it looks like a skull, not an ss deathshead skull but an elongated more semetrical one with no visible ss runes or crossbones?. This rifle does have some other strange marks on the stock and barrel but they are all very faint. There looks like theres crossed rifles or swords below the skull. There's also 2 stamps marks on left side of pistol grip. With ~ and a star on the barrel. The only mismatched parts are the Bolt band spring and lower band, the spring is unmarked the band is waffen amt 635.

These pics might be a bit clearer. The 12 appears to be the same type of stamping as the skull, in the last skull pic5 it looks like there could be crossed swords or bones below the skull? it does have several faint eagle imprints in the stock overlapping the standard waf amts but they're just imprints (no ink/burn) too hard to get pics. You can see in the last pics faint outline of eagle wings below the luft L near the larger eagle. Is it possible to be both an SS and luft issue? Or was there an ss airborne div? Could the 12 be 12th ss div? 16 for 16th luft/fallshirmjager vice versa? Or are they date month stamps?

So does skull+bones or just a skull = ss? It doesn't have an ss that i can see just skulls. Here's another strange stamp like a Z on the middle of the sight leaf anyone any ideas on this one? Never had any idea these markings could get so complex!
