I Wonder if He's French?

some unusual plates #s aren’t “vanity” plates. For example, in New Hampshire, plate “666” is just a regular plate, other than being a low number. (numbers below 99999 are ‘controlled’ & doled out as political patronage) No one currently holds that one, because of harassment from religious folks. I know this because my neighbor, now retired as director of the mv title bureau, thought it would be cool on her new volvo suv, but after being forced to pull over THREE TIMES by Christian fanatics, surrended the plate for another, less conspicuous one.
