I have an f block QVE45 in the 7000 range and it is quite similar to the rifle posted. All is blued and it has milled action cover as well as a laminated hand guard just as the one posted.
I noted the information regarding "The Mysterious "f" Block" but that refers to the AC45 rifles that were finished up at BLM, not the QVE45 marked rifles. Again, AC45 F block.
I know of one of the F block AC45s rifles that sold not long ago on Gunbroker and it brought top dollar ($5600 IIRC). It was AC45 marked f block with WaA214 acceptance. I'm sure many in this group were watching it.
Apparently it came from a top shelf G43 collection that the seller, Bryant Ridge, was liquidating for a customer last year.
I snagged one of the rifles from that collection, a no-letter block QVE45, but have never posted it. It is without question the nicest G/K43 I've ever seen.
The owner of that f block AC45 with 214 acceptance is a member of this forum. Maybe he'll share some photos. Hint! Hint!

Is this one of the many that was at Tulsa that were all quickly sold off? That show I couldn’t attend because I was still in recovery from COVID. I had some friends that were there telling me about the horde of K.43’s that were there. I thought they were kidding me because I wasn’t there, but they weren’t.

The K.43 ac45 f blocks don’t start until around and after K.43 qve #3954f. Yours is pretty close. In my G/K.43 listings the gap is K.43 qve45 #3954f to K.43 ac45 #4589f.

This one isn’t but I heard about that horde. This one came from a collector who had it for around 20 years and was getting rid of all of his collection. My buddy showed it to Darrin Weaver and he gave it the thumbs up. It’s my first K43 so I’m still learning. At the rate the prices are going up on them it’ll probably be my last.

It appears a first rate example with the super desirable (at least to me) milled bolt housing. It's also among the last built. For me it took quite a while for an F block QVE45 to come along and me get lucky enough to snag it.
Congratulations!

It looks like a nice one to me as well. Sounds like the one Tulsa show I miss was the one to be at, with all the G/K.43’s that were there. I really thought my buddies were jacking with me when they told me about all of those that were there. And, someone provided a photo of some of the horde too.

Definitely the milled bolt action cover is a desired thing to have on these. My late K.43 qve45 f block has one too.

The price tags on these are getting insane! Even bad ones are getting pricy. There’s one I am watching on auction that looks good on the outside, but who knows on the bolt components. The price tag, for a huge guess, is scary! I messaged the owner and asked if he would do photos of the internals. His reply was that he was not going to take it apart. At that point the chances are that it’s probably okay, given the outside that was photographed. But the price that it’s going into is gambling at this point that it’s all correct. But, sometimes the risk brings great reward. I hope we get to see it once it’s won. And, I hope it’s all correct as it’s a desirable variant too.
