Hey Guys I have question about 98 stock inletting. I have the opportunity to purchase an amazing exhibition grade stock for my 98 Mauser sporter project. The problem is it has been inlettled for a small ring Mauser. I am aware that these two actions are different in size. My questions are
Could this particular stock mentioned above be used for my Large ring Mauser project?
How much of a size difference is there between the two?
And if it can be used what modifications would be needed for fitting a large ring action into the stock?
