This is the scope mount to the Swiss ZK31 sniper rifle which was officially manufactured for Nicaragua. The ship they were shipped upon sank in the sea and the rifles ended up with IDF, where they were originally supposed to end up anyway.
Basically the rifle was a Swiss K31 lacking most of the markings. The scope bases were two round pins with cuts to accept the lever. The scope used on them was a Kahles H/4x60 scope with a special brass elevation turret.

I have one complete rifle of those (see attached pictures) and one lacking the scope mount and scope. If you decide to sell, please let me know - I could use it for my second rifle.

PS: someone once made a reproduction run of those. I think they came from Switzerland. They were nearly fully correct.

PPS: I remember some years back Amoskeag (or was it someone else?) selling a K98k rifle with such a scope mount wrongly affixed to the rifle. Maybe that is where your mount originates from.

I am going to list the mount on Ebay tonight. What do you think would be a fair price?

This is not a place to pump up the price of your Ebay stuff. I say do your own research then or at least offer it for a fair price here to the above guy that helped you. Not cool.

I sold it at a fair price. I really didn't know what it was. He got it at a good price indeed. I am not a price gouger. I do understand your stance though. What you did not see was the personal messages between us. But I do thank any of you who helped me identify the scope mount. I run across this type of stuff all of the time. I will come here if I cannot identify any of them and if someone on here wants them, I will give a good deal. I always do.

Had you had showed it to me years ago, I would had said the same. Funny story, I got the mount and scope prior to my rifle. It looked like this: https://snipercollection.com/2016/03/12/2003/

A local friend of mine offered it to me, a dealer had imported that mount from somewhere years ago and he since then had it sitting around. I had no clue what it was, he told me for the K31 rifle what I thought was weird. Then searched and found out he was correct. Well, then searched for a rifle to the mount .. ended up buying a rifle in Switzerland together with a reproduction mount. Kept the rifle and sold the reproduction mount and scope to a guy in UK who was desperately looking for a mount to his ZK31. And maybe five years later I came upon a second rifle, this time fully without scope. Seems pure luck this came up in here and I happened to be here at the right time..

I can vouch for Quinjto , I have known him for a number of years now , he is a good guy and certainly not someone who will gouge You on price .

Well done. I couldn’t have gotten within a mile of IDing it. Good all around for everyone (y)

Been some time since that thread, but now that the mount arrived with me - extra tight fit to my second rifle! Now I'll need to put one of my Kahles H/4x60 in that mount (and hopefully one day find the correct elevation ring to it).

PS: It was btw interesting to see this mount being all original, but absolutely no markings, compared to the mount on my other rifle.
