Here's my newest acquistion from the Christmas buying spree:

A 1917 Gottlieb-Hammesfahr / Bayard 84/98.
In decent shape with frog (is this correct to the piece?).
No markings on the scabbard at all.

Had some fun researching the makers marks on this one, since it was dual-named.
The Horseman logo on the side opposite the G-H logo was not fully clear, and after searching the web, found the Bayard logo, which is almost (not quite) exactly matching.
I found a table that translated the Bayard name to: Henri Peiper & Co., Herstal-lez-Liege, Belgium.
I would presume that Bayard made the blade blanks and supplied to G-H?

Looking for feedback/comments.

Thanks!

Very nice bayonet and I think the frog is for the butcher bayonet and scabbard is correct and should be unmarked.

I am a member of bayonetsonline.com and I do my research mostly there.

This is what i found there. on a rarity scale of R1-R3 this bayonet is R2

Bayard (Anciens Etablissements Peiper, Liège) (knight on horseback logo) bayonets were finished by Gottlieb Hammesfahr and were dated 1916-1917 and some found not dated (proof only).
