Original? Opinions on M31 liner chin strap.

Looking for well versed German helmet parts/collectors.
Looks decent, but warily rough condition. Possible worse case is a relic dig, separated from a helmet. Unsure. Decent price

Quite dirty, but I like it. I think it has a good chance. Nothing obviously wrong with it that I can see.
