P08 Luger made by Mauser in 1936. 1936/1937 are considered the most attractive Lugers by many people. Since it was the last year they were rust blued and strawed. Before switching to salt bluing in 1937. This one is all matching including one magazine. Has a nice original 1936 dated holster (Dresden!), belt/buckle and another magazine that is not matching. Not sure why the loading tool pouch of the holster was removed. This one was definitely carried, it has the perfect amount of natural wear.

“If it’s made after 1918, it’s a reproduction.”

Haha, famous words from a very well known long time Luger collector.

Very nice rig. I have a ‘37 strawed parts with matching mag and an armorer’s mag right before the change over.

The black background works really well.
