I doubt that there is going to be a good way to purchase from Europe. It is very much an American-oriented site.
If you just want to browse I'd recommend having an American friend set up an account and hand it off to you. If you want to purchase I don't think there is going to be any official support for that. You would likely have to find an American willing to broker the deal for you, and even then that can get into legal difficulties. I haven't really thought that all the way through, but in a very early morning coffee thoughts from the hip kind of way I think you'd probably be OK if the person you were brokering the purchases through was a firearms dealer - an FFL07.
