Spanish Mauser model 1943 semi custom hunting rifle.

Hello and good afternoon. I have a second Mauser rifle this one is a weird one. Pasadena Firearms Company Inc. Spanish Mauser model 1943 (model 98k action) S/N: Z-30113. Pasadena Firearms Company Inc. imported military surplus rifles into California. They stripped the stocks and barrels off then re-barrelled and stocked them with contemporary hunting calibers and stocks. This one is chambered in .27C (.270 win.) has a 24-inch Williams barrel. And Monte Carlo style stock. Pasadena Firearms Company Inc was in business from 1952 to 1964 then renamed to Golden State Arm's Company (1965-1972) before closing for good. I am just curious to see if this rifle is correctly identified and what a reasonable value would be to sell.

Value is basically the same as a modern hunting rifle of same caliber, because of the conversion, ZERO collector value. I have an example of the parent rifle in 8mm, doesn’t draw much interest.
