So I have a stock with the same 'phh'? marking in the barrel channel - it is unmarked other than that and no serial or waa's. Has a take down, cupped plate, drilled for cleaning rod and takes band spring. Who made it and what manufacturer(s) used it and when? When I originally bought it, it had white paint on it, though it was not old, I can't remember if I used chemical stripper or oven cleaner to remove it. Here it is below on my bcd 4 'c' block.
