I found this mess on the internet...rusty, bolt modified for scope (cant see any receiver mods), odd front sight

But what is stamped on the receiver?

Wonder if its creator actually felt any pride with what he had achieved, for reasons known only to himself
 
Very refined rifle with lots of attention to detail. Improvements to the stock where the original manufacturer clearly lacked putting integrity into the wrist. Well thought out modifications to the bolt for clearing a scope mounted to an undrilled receiver. Elaborate bolt handle cutout, non-ferrous brass screw for the lower barrel band. A winner all around and the pride of the trailer park.
