Hi guys,

Got a few more rg34 tools in stock, finaly found an arr44 HKW yay!

The RGK is very weird! Might be post ww2, the whole thing was in a mid war cnx kit.

The oiler is your typical eqt phenolic oiler

Also what is odd to me is that it's not your typical "dogstyle" post ww2 chain, so that has me scratching my head..

Tool looks ok to me. Remnants of the grey finish that they start applying. The font is a dead match for mine.
 
If memory serves, there is a older thread where chains were discussed and a number of German "utility" chains posted from German documentation. This clearly showed the "figure-8" type utilized PW by E. Germany, but think there were some other patterns as well...

Although I don't see your example pictured on the cover, one can see the diversity of utility chains made in Germany prior to WW2..
