hello all

just in this WMO 1902 , all matching but the cleaning rod , 113 years old ! not so bad ..... isn't it ?

Someone recently said that France possess (collectors in France) great German rifles, which we have known for a long time, but this rifle is just another good example. Any MO (WMO) 1899-1905 is rare, they made relatively few until 1906, and 1902 is one of the toughest to find. Near impossible to find totally original, and this one probably is original, - at least I didn't notice any replaced parts.

Another exceptional rifle today, very rare this early. Hope it hasn't been demilitarized and you can keep it safe!
 
Wow, that is an exceptional rifle! The early blocky WMO font is my favorite. I would be curious to see what the gas ports on the bolt look like.

any régimental on the disk , yes it's live i'll fire it soon , it has been "S" modified so i'll use reloaded cartridges , i'll post some other pics today .
the other marks on the stock are gone never sanded but well used .
