German Bayonet Value

Rarely do I ask for values but I got this bayonet as part of a lot that also included a Japanese Trainer and a Ka-Bar. I bought the 3 for the Ka-Bar. Can anyone tell me approximate value of the bayonet. It is marked 41cof on one side of the Riccaso and 8556 S on the other. Scabbard is marked 6390 I can't make out letter code with it in the Frog. Frog is marked Kurt Seidel Berlin W57 1940

typically a mismatched bayo with a near smoked out frog might bring 70-80 bucks. if you are lucky... damn lucky.

Much less than Finnish Bayonets and Frogs or even German WWI Frogs. What do you mean by smoked out Frog? I've never heard that term before.

just made it up.. roached out dry rotted ready to break or may break if removed.. I typically have trouble selling them In this shape.

It's not dry rotted. Actually very flexible. I could probably even remove it but I am always worried about tearing the leather. Does that make a difference in price of the Frog? Is it worth it to keep the Frog?

Unfortunatly with that amount of wear the overall value is lowered. When I am looking for German bayonet's I am looking for matching pieces, that are not sharpened, and still retain a decent amount of finish.
