Proper stock and bolt for BCD 43 rifle

Dear all this is my first post and am hoping someone can help me. My boys are getting into collecting WWII rifles and I bought their first 98K rifle, one marked BCD 1943. I know it was made by Gustloff but have a question. The rifle appears to be a RC and has a laminated stock with a flat buttplate. Is this proper for this year...or should it have a laminated stock with cupped buttplate? It also has a straight handled bolt which I don't think is right...did 98K's have straight handle bolts? Any help someone can give with my questions would be very much appreciated! R/Taylor

Pictures please.
I don't have any pictures yet. I just finished paying for it on layaway ($390, hope that was a fair price) and need to go pick it up at the gun shop. I can post some later but I'm thinking what the other reply said...that it needs a cupped laminated buttstock and bent bolt. I'll definitely post some once we have it in hand and taken apart. I would guess if I do need to change stocks, the earlier flat butt plate one might be useful to someone. Thank you for your replies! Taylor
