If you are just going for targets the Hornady 150 sp has the best chance for accuracy at 200 yards or less . The SI-175 bullet is usually not too good for accuracy . Trying to duplicate military loads is not the best way to get accuracy .

What load you use depends on what you want to do with it . Also it will depend on what bullet and velocity your rifle likes . Do you want to hunt , what , at what range ? Target shoot , at what range ? Or just make the rifle go bang , cheaply ?
