My opinion is that this is not a genuine SS helmet. It is most probably a relic with added fake decal. Let us see what others think, but I would save my money if I were you.

Actually it can. My theory is that these decals were ordered without specifying "face up" or "face down" application. So, if this is correct, only a few were applied and hence are quite rare. I can't believe the asking price. After all it is only a helmet... Cheers, Mike
