    Legit 41/1?

Hello everyone, I bought a shooter grade rifle (Mauser Borsigwalde, complete missmatching numbers) "for a couple of bucks" last weekend. It has a ZF41/1 attached. I think the odds that it is a legit one are very small, but I would like to ask the experts, what they think. ;-) If it is a repro...

    Spandau 1910 Kar.98

Thank you. It is really fascinating how much information you have. It is funny: Now I have two Spandau receivers (the other one is the Spandau/MO 17/18) and none of them were assembled in Spandau. I will take the rifle apart and will provide some more (and better detailed) photos...

    Spandau 1910 Kar.98

I just wanted to share my new aquisition: A Spandau 1910 Kar.98a all matching numbers. If I remember correctly, they are quite rare. Does anybody have production numbers? The "6.D.93." means "Magdeburgisches Dragoner Regiment Nr.6", correct?

    G98 Spandau 1917/18

Thank you for the information. Highly appreciated. The maker on the sling is "Wilhseuster 1916". You will see on the photos that the buttplate is unnumbered, which is not correct, is it?

Thank you for your replies and the information provided. I do not have additional photos at the moment, but I was able to buy the rifle (in fact I bought 3 rifles in a bundle (this one, the mentioned dot1944 and a Kar98a Erfurt 1914 (with non-matching stock), so I will have them next week.

I have the opportunity to buy two rifles and I would like to get some comments on both of them. (You find the other one here: http://www.k98kforum.com/showthread.php?29760-G98-Spandau-1917-18&p=219993#post219993). According to Kriegsmodell this one was built in January 1944.

    G98 Spandau 1917/18

I have the opportunity to buy two rifles and I would like to get some comments on both of them. (You find the other one here: http://www.k98kforum.com/showthread.php?29761-k98k-dot-1944&p=219994#post219994). The receiver seems to be a spare Spandau one, which was assembled elsewhere in 1918?

    Marking on 29/40

I just bought another one of those Kriegsmarine rifles. The bolt is not matching to the other parts (but matching itself) and a polish one with WaA77. The other parts are matching (little exception: under the trigger is only a similar number). The stock has no markings with the exception of...
