I am beyond pleased to have had the opportunity to add this rifle. The most remarkable part about this one is it's pretty much factory. Due to the fact this rifle never passed through a depot at any point during its service it retained its original matching narrow gas port bolt and un-lugged firing pin. All in all, this piece is totally matching less the missing rear trigger guard screw and trigger numbered 51 (I suspect it's a factory error considering it's 51 and the SN is 3752, the trigger is also of Spandau manufacture from the 1900-1901 period.
