Hey guys I was looking for some input from those of you with way more knowledge than me I’m chatting with this guy in gunpost.ca and his asking is 2500 in Canuck bucks. Seems to be all matching I am waiting on more pictures. Thanks!

It’s bad. Band, sight base, butt plate etc… You can see where it was scrubbed and remembered.

That’s a smelly one for sure. Once you get some experience and research under your belt it’ll become very apparent what’s wrong with this rifle. Serials across the board minus the barrel and receiver are clearly humped. Check picture reference library for a legitimate example.

For fun, i asked the seller if the stock was numbered. He assured me that it was but never sent me the photos i requested and he insisted he didn't want to take the stock off to take a photo of the barrel channel because he didn't want to damage it... Another one of those.
I think the seller knew he was trying to sell a fake, otherwise he would have been asking a lot more.
