3 sporter rescues completed after 5 years, which many of you here made possible, Thank you all!

dou44gg:
Rebuilt duffle cut stock rescue, bolt mismatched but correct recycled bolt, matching action, self-made modified spanner screws, added large hole barrel bands. All blued.
I question the trigger guard since all examples of this range I could find have transitioned to the single screw style TG, but this one is unthreaded so it is plausible. With the Brunns, anything is possible especially with TG assemblies.

Pieced together in order:
first acquired Stock and HG
repro end cap and screw
custom band screws
action+bolt
bands

dot44a: RC stock, found and blended a handguard, all matching bolt and action, added phosphate bands, added phosphate bands, added “blacksmith bolt and supply” large shank wood screws. Phosphate bolt, bands, and TG assembly, blued receiver.

Pieced together in order:
first acquired Stock and nose end cap
action+bolt
reworked hand guard
bands
band screws

bnz45t: Rebuilt duffle cut stock rescue, matching barreled action, added blued s-block repurposed v marked vg-5 bolt, added front band and screws. Phosphate action, blued bolt release lever, bolt, and barrel?
I am willing to trade the s-block bolt with any t-block bolt owners looking to do a swap.

pieced together in order:
first acquired barreled action (came with original rear band)
stock
band screws and nose cap+screw
front band
bolt

Wow, they all look great. Fantastic work!!!! I Love late war rifles.
Thank you! I got them all pretty randomly in terms of what parts I had first but they all came together on one weekend after I received a batch of parts. I have a few more builds to work on but these three really made me happy to see done.

Congrats Aaron,
I admire your patience and dedication in rescuing these great rifles from a likely sad and questionable fate.
I have to say that you remind me of, well? me. o_O 🤪 :ROFLMAO:

Thank you! Its a long process but its so satisfying to build these back compared to getting a matching rifle and just babysitting it. I know you supplied some of these parts for sure so thanks again.
