The only retail boxed 8mm I’ve had trouble with was labelled “Hansen Cartridge Co” & made by Igman in the ‘80s.
though it looked good at 1st glance, I noticed several of the necks were split, & it wasn’t some other guy’s poorly crafted reloads. (I’ve learned to look for die marks) I saved the bullets & tossed the rest.

I had gotten some ppu with hard primers. Talked to there customer service they offer to buy it back from me and send me new at no charge. They wanted all the boxes with that lot number on them....I had just bought 500 rounds with that lot number.....
I told them if I keep finding bad ones I will send it back. Thankfully I only have found 5 or 6 rounds. Seemed wasteful to send that much back at that point.
