Anyone recognize these markings on the receiver? Yugo capture k98.

Gents, I recently won a pristine captured Yugo k98 which has “43” on the receiver top. It seems to have been rebarrelled and re-blued. I’m wondering its origin, Is it Steyr bnz? Can anyone tell me any information? Thank you in advance!

It's definitely a Yugo rebarreled and refinished k98k. What else do you want to know? They're usually good shooters.
You can farm around in the picture reference area to see if you can identify the font of the 43 date. Let us know what you can find out.

You're getting hooked! Lol. It happens. I'll give you some advice: research first buy second. Trust me. Poke around here and check things out. Prices have gone nuts lately, but keep your cool and something will come up.

There's a trader section here on the boards. You might not be able to see it until you make a few more posts. I forget what the threshold for that is, but it's pretty low. Basically its' there to keep spammers out.
