BCD 4, why was this not a good price?

IMO its pretty beat up. To me the stock has the "post war use" look to it, even if not marked. Plus the bolt is mismatched to the rifle and not matching itself. It could be also that many people think the park is actually bluing thats almost gone.
 
I agree with BD88. It looks fairly worn and possibly has had postwar parts swapped out. Late bcd unnumbered parts, esp. stocks, can be hard to come by, but the stock on this one, even if original WW2 and not postwar altered, would likely not be nice enough to use on the average matching metal sporter restoration.
