Would like to get more opinions. Of note there is no C marking on underside of stock, butt plate looks blued?
 
I don't like the fact that there's no pictures of the stock acceptance that should be present on this one, paying over $3k for something with a sanded stock and a broken screw on a more common K98k is absurd imo. This should be at least half that if it's been sanded.
 
Small point, but the safety has clearly been ground & renumbered. On an otherwise matching rifle, a mismatched safety wouldn’t bother me, but a fudged one would, because then what else might be? The butt plate does look blued, & shouldn’t be. agree that for the asking $$$$, it shouldn’t have issues. (IMO) & I like bcds
