Hello. I bought a Russian capture force matched K98 for $500, and I want to turn it into a sniper clone. What's the best site to grab a reproduction score and mount from?

Your post header "Best reproduction K98 scope" is a contradiction in terms. Which K98k SSG are you going to clone... High Turret, Long Siderail, etc. ? Since you are using a Soviet capture/refurb for the base rifle, seems the route would be the least-expensive one. Otherwise, you get what you pay for. Before you launch into this and potentially spend more money than you intended to, there are a fair number of already available faux K98k SSGs out there if you look around. Perhaps you might find a better deal and then dump the rifle you have now... just food for thought.

There are some repros out there, but “best” & “reproduction” are difficult to put in the same sentence. Style of mount desired would drive the choice of type of scope, with mount & gun smith work, you could easily spend another $1000-$1500+ more than you have already. (& you wouldn’t be alone)
 
Considering Russian captures' increase in value, you'd be better off financially picking up a rifle already drilled and tapped, etc., and building it.
