BNZ 4 All Match

So after awhile collecting K98 ammunition im BACK
This evening i got this BNZ 4 and i was the highest bidder on an online auction here in Denmark i got it for 896USD..

Cleaning the BNZ 4?

Any propositions on how i wouldt clean the BNZ 4 when i get it?
I sure don,t want to mess anything up

Now that question is gonna stir up some debate. Do a search here, on gunboards, etc.. You should get a lot of opinions. Study carefully before you do anything. Then the right choice may be to do very little, especially to the wood, and very carefully.
 
Just remember, LESS IS BEST! Just take a dry cloth and lightly wipe the stock. For the metal, a VERY light coat of good grade gun oil to retard any further rust. Do not try to polish anything. Really, it doesn't look like it needs anything other than the light metal treatment. Purest love that 70+ years closet dust & dirt! Onece it is removed, it's is gone.

Question rear sight

If you look at one of the pictures there is an screw missing under the rear sight,,is it missing ore has it never been there?

The screw is missing, but it shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement.
