Wow! Some great pieces you have there. I was not expecting these to be so fascinating. Do you mind if I asked where you picked them up? I'm always checking gun shows but I'm leery of fakes.
 
Thanks. I was lucky to find a friend in Germany, he goes to the shows and flea markets and digs them up. There are numerous subjects covered by these "cards". I will post some others later.

In the book Fortress Cholm (Oskkarrs Berro) there are images of German playing cards. Images include Afrika Korps soldat, cameraman, sailor (officer and another has a sailor playing the accordian), luftwaffe pilot, etc.
 
Many of these fold out to be eight pages (double sided). There are numerous categories, some including marching songs. I use Google translate to see the subject matter, works very well.
I need to get off my butt and learn German.
