GEU black phenolic oiler

Hello,

I found this oiler in a complete arr43 kit.
I can't find any info online, just one reference on Antoni's site.
At first glance it seems it could fit an arr42 kit as well.

- top cap is marked 'eqt' and has the 'S' material code
- body has the 'Z2' material code
- bottom cap has no markings

but what seems different:
- bottom screw features no holes on the outside. It has 2 holes in the top instead of the casting rings. There, we can see the 'GEU' marking inside the hole.

I'm not sure how many of you disassemble the oiler, but I suppose this isn't a common variation?

By far the greatest majority of base "cups" for the phenolic (Type 4) oil bottles are observed with four exterior holes. Examples with one, two and without holes are also observed although in much smaller numbers. In examining a large number of these oilers I have found no discernible patterns relative to the maker in relation to the number of holes. In other words, the greatest majority have four holes followed by two, one and none being more uncommon regardless of the maker.

The GEU marked oil bottles are quite rare compared to the other makers. Another observation is that all of the GEU oil bottle parts that I have recorded are of solid black phenolic material. Nice find and thanks for sharing .....

I found another GEU oiler.
This time it was part of a lot, so I don't know what kit it was originally from.

It did not have a washer anymore, we can see that the threads on the bottom screw are along the whole length of the shaft.
If I remember correctly, some other makers stop the thread where the washer would be.
Also, there are no holes in the bottom part. Haven't seen that before.

All bakelite parts are marked with GEU, except from small bottom disk. The bottom screw also has a '41' marking.
