Identifying a WWII(?) era bolt.

The only stamps are on the root of the bolt handle and all are shown.
The eagle does not appear to be a commercial proof, but I cannot make out anything near its feet, no matter how many times I look at the bolt or pic.

Bolt handle has the Oberndorf style handle, but the s/n on the bottom of the root would not be "normal" for a commercial bolt.
Have looked at a fair number of pics of Standard Modells, 1937 Portuguese and similar pre-war rifles and haven't found a similar bolt.

Any help appreciated.

It’s a commercial bolt typical of others from the Suhl region during the war, Oberndorf wasn’t the only maker to use pear shaped bolts, many come from suhl and most have a more extended moment arm than an Oberndorf. Serials show up in different places varying by maker, and that’s a typical one.

Just snapped a picture of one from 1942 and it’s not an Oberndorf action in the least.5EE1B36A-45A4-49A5-9BF5-F646643B9157.jpeg

I didn't write that very well. Used "style" but should probably have used something like "type".
The proof/Waffenamt is still unknown to me. Does not appear to be a Suhl commercial proof, though my searches were not for that specifically.
