not really a new member but joined several years ago but lost my log in details so had the start again, only k98 I have is this one which everybody liked matched ce43.

Welcome Mark. Nice Sauer. Please forgive my ignorance, but in U.K., must these rifles be deactivated or can you keep them in original condition?

Hi,
You can have live firearms in the uk you just have more stringent test for compatibility,
No pistols of military calibre are allowed unless prior to 1918? no semi automatic or full auto but thats it, no real restrictions other wise .50cal and anti tank rifles are allowed with standard [non armour piecing]rounds.
