Is this overpriced? Or faked?

Can I post pictures in here, and ask your opinion on what it’s worth? With no links to auctions?
I just wanna be sure I don’t buy something that is too expensive
 
Ok then— what is this mismatched knife, and scabbard worth, do you think?

The pictures are too small, anyway it could be field reserialed as both parts have a 1271? as the scabbard is 1937 Pack production. Maybe then around 200, but by matching cof 40 would be more.
 
It’s definitely not matching. Strange how it has the same number on it, but different letter under it.
I bought it.

is reserialed, should be presented the serial on scabbard, it was force matched in field probably. There is some filling in mouth area of scabbard.
 
I should be getting it by the end of next week, or early the following week.
I’ll try to take better pictures and post in here
