J.P. Sauer 41 K98 for potential purchase - Guidance appreciated!

Gun shows, auction houses, yard sales, flea markets, gun shops(near and far) advertising have all yielded good results. Patience and probably one of the biggest(next to studying) is taking the time to build relationships, so people call you when they found one you would be interested in. Sometimes they will be sporterized and other times all matching rigs. My wife called me at work tonight to let me know I got another one of those Nazi rifles.

Meeting in Hooksett with Ken to buy/trade/sell. That works well too.

Lol Dave, but like I said all just part of the building process. Now I know to keep an eye out for BSW stuff. I mean Amoskeag just had another group of them depending on what your into. Probably about time for another lunch meeting.

I am not far from Hooksett. Do either of you have anything you'd like to part with? I am happy to meet up with cash in hand. FFL transfer is fine too. I've been collecting for many years, but only recently took interest in K98s.

All I have are bSw's, 337/1939's and one byf 43. Not looking to part with any of them really. We could all meet up for lunch sometime and discuss the mighty K98 though. Amoskeag Auction used to be a good source for us local boys but the word is out big time now and you have to fight for anything there and end up paying through the nose with the buyers premium.
