Hi guys,
A recent pickup is an all matching K98K 1940 JP Sauer.
Nice salty one, in original shape. Looks like it came straight out of the closet.
I can usually tell a sanded/cleaned stock from a mile away. This one, I am not 100% sure though… I think because it’s dirty.
This stock still has a open grain texture. With visible cartouches and stamps.

What’s everyone’s thoughts, original stock finish? Or, touched up?
