I agree with Dave, as usual. It does look nice.

We would love to see detailed pics and know how many original parts were utilized and the extent of the detail. Hopefully the rifle was not built on a thick walled three holed receiver. Close ups of the guide pin holes in the receiver could help. The serial number should be interesting.

I like it, very nice sniper. Were some LSR´s made with no bolt take down disk stocks? I always see originals with the disk.

I purchase this rifle in December 2012, so here goes. It is an original thickwalled BCD4. When I received it, I thought what a mess. The barrel had been replaced with a 30.06, the stock duffle cut and buttstock cut off in front of buttplate and a very large notch under bolt handle and bolt handle had been cut off and rewelded. The bolt was so warped, one could hardly open it, the only good thing was that it still had the original sniper safety. The receiver had all holes tapped and pins, but had been drilled and tapped for a top receiver mount. was plugged and welded. The trigger housing is milled with a letter d no waffen no serial number, floorplate has a waffen 1 and 1, no serial number, follower is stamped with Lxr,no serial number. Had to order a set of screws from Robert in austria

Sent the mess up to Charles in Vermont, He replaced the barrel with an unmarked CE marked barrel complete with sights. Replaced bolt with an WaA1 marked armoures bolt, no serial number along with my unmarked bolt parts. I tried all the places for a stock, but every one is out of BCD stocks including Mario. So I ordered one from Poland along with a set of bands, had this sent to Vermont, so now the hard part. found and purchased an orginal BEK scope and original unnumbered mount on ebay, then lucked into an original sniper can, also lucked into an orginal sunshade and adjustment tool. Spent alot of money, but I like her.

Will try and do pictures soon.
