Chris’ Reichsrevolver post spurred me to bring mine out.
I picked this up a few years ago from a very nice fellow that works at the NRA museum.
Exceptional looking revolver that came with an original 1913 dated holster still containing original ammunition.
Revolver is an 1896 Erfurt and appears to be all matching (I’ve never taken it apart). Excuse the pinkish hue on some of the pictures. I had a pink umbrella in the background and forgot to move it.
Not sure what the unit marking is if anyone has any information on it.
I might try to shoot it one day, just need to load some ammo for it.
