Do you have ever seen the diopter for the Mauser Wehrmannsgewehr in 8,15x46R with closed action?
For rebuild this i am looking for any info.

I think this one is not an Mauser sight- any opinion for which rifle?

I would be interested to know how you identify any of them as Mauser, vs other manufacturer. The few "mauser" sights I have handled, that is, sights, attached to Mauser rifles, have been completely unmarked.

Certainly not arguing or making the point that any pictured here are NOT Mauser, just interested to learn more. I would love to find an appropriate diopter for any of my 22 Target rifles.

Still looking for one for my Einheitsgewehr, and suspect I will be until I die. Will likely be easier to save up and buy a nice complete rifle.

These kind of diopters where also avaible through several firms, today this would be "aftermarket".

I believe Weihrauch was responsible for making many sights for Mauser, Walther, etc. May be why sights are usually unattributed (or rarely so). They likely also retailed them commercially.

My DSM 34 is ready, but it's missing the diopter...I guess this last worth more than the whole rifle.

Hello Mauser friends,
I too am looking for a small bore diopter made by Mauser. I have a Parker Hale and a Walther and would happily go part exchange?
Also, whilst I have you on, please might somebody be able to help me with identifying this Mauser? Clearly is a target rifle judging by its small cannon barrel but the rest is a mistery to me, with that little turnable knob behind the pistol grip?
