my new G41

Howdy guys, it's my first post on this forum so let me start by saying it's great to be here and I'm looking forward to learn more about german rifles.

Now I recently obtained few rifles from the family of WWII veteran and man he liked Winchesters and Colts and that's what i like as well but among this wester stuff I found this Walther. Now I have few k98 and Walther P1 and lugers in my collection but I'm absolutely unprepared for such rare rifle and wanted to ask for your opinions

AC43 is obviously Walther 1943

G41 Model

And 15 serial number??

Now 15 stamped on: wood stock, receiver, front sight, mag housing, trigger guard. Pics below pls let me know what you think. BTW it works had few flawless non corrosive rounds through it

Welcome to the forum. Looks like a nice Walther G41. Is the muzzle cone numbered matching also? Walther G41s are much tougher to find than BLM rifles. Thanks for posting

Looks like a pretty nice Walther G41 though I'd like to see some more pictures of that walnut stock. Looks like the recoil lug backwards on this one?
