Need help with proper ammunition

I have a 1940 Styre Mauser. I am looking to fire it and see several choices for ammunition from 170gr to 200gr. The rifle appears solid, bolt and receiver match numbers and the bore is excellent. I am looking for fire modern ammo, just need some input on what grain, if any, would be to hot for the rifle. Thanks.

I've shot a variety of stuff. The yugo, ecuadorian and turk surplus stuff is good but will beat you up after a while. But I've recently been shooting PPU 198 grain stuff (new manu) and the loads are fairly mild recoil and non-corrosive. Easy shooting stuff. I don't know squat about the "Romanian" stuff thats enameled steel cases thats supposed to be new. I've heard good and bad about that. I recommend the PPU. They make standard and "match" grade stuff.

And in this case, when they're labeled with a grain, that is the weight of the projectile. Not how much powder is used in a load unless that is explicitly advertised.
