Be happy the shipments are getting halted.

I've got a buddy who just got hit with a 45% tariff on an item that was coming in from Switzerland. Turned a $500 purchase into a $750 purchase with zero warning. It can be a nasty surprise when you're not expecting it.

I was a bit worried that the shipment of stock fore-ends that Bruce and Fal Grunt were putting together was going to get caught up in this. Really glad they slipped in under the wire.

This just happened? De minimus is in effect until 8/29

I agree I wish quality could be bought these days, but IMO, “Made in America” doesn’t mean what it used to, and I’m not sure if ever can again.

Lordy lord you have nooooo idea, especially with factory plant builds. That was fun to go through as a worker for the company who was having a new production plant built we still got issues to this day from the lack of quality and forward thinking of what was a good VS bad idea.
