at 7 yards, full man size 'silhouette" with hand loads , as spot on as any issue WW11 semi pistol
move it back to 25 yards and the Colt1911 acp is the hands down winner

I will say that’s a really nice rig. The holster and one mag are a tad earlier than the pistol but that’s okay. Common to find that kind of set up with these. The actual soldiers didn’t pay that kind of attention to these like us collectors do. The spine of the mags should tell you whether they are Mauser or Walther proofed. The “P.38” ( no v) is the earlier mag.

These will typically go for probably $2300.00 from a dealer.

Tiger 2 , thank you for the input and the share of knowledge , I did a look see again of the mags, mag stamped P.38 v had another stamp on the spline < back >
'eagle stamp' and W a A 135 under the eagle stamp 1728993112947.jpeg

as you said , no other stamps on 'older' earlier mag,< left mag pict > . ., at bottom , left side of mag P.38 stamp only at bottom
nice when you know your stuff , nicer when you are willing to share ........ thank you !!
