Poorly Crafted Blanko with waffenamt and Bread Bag Frog

I decided to post it up when I saw Kronik's "Behoerden bayonet grouping" Post where he also had another Behoerden with a similar frog, in much better condition.
I tore it down today and confirmed the lug catch is numbered to the bayonet.
I was surprised as it seems to be such poor fitment, I thought perhaps it had been replaced. Also note how poorly the grips fit back up to the pommel. Double acceptance stamps, one under the flash guard and also barely present on Pommel. It does appear to be issued or taken care of poorly. I suspect this maker is E. Pack but would love to hear what everyone thinks about it.

Completely unmarked scabbard.

Thanks,

Is certainly not a Hoerster production. All other could be in question. Locking lug is really crude assingment. It could be cul as the piece on Arnaud site have similar crude worked shape of locking lug -see the link under. Anyway when there is WaA519 and the period should be middle 1944 this could be even army contract piece, wout stamps of maker and serials. The flashguard looks like derusted?
