Prussian Navy marked Gew98 conversion with kriegsmodell stock

What in the world is this? Is it legit? I thought about bidding but abstained mostly because I don't trust Gunbonker K98's. Took me a while to identify the Prussian Naval inspection mark. Its assembled on a 1906 DWM receiver. Not sure why it would be in a kriegs stock, as I would assume all spare parts would have been assembled into K98's prior to the end of the war, and I doubt straight bolts would still lying around, although its entirely possible the bolt came out of a different rifle. I don't know enough to make an honest assessment of it.

Hah, right. Given the idiocy surrounding K98’s on GB, I’m surprised it didn’t go for twice or 3x the winning bid.
