Yeah, I get it. However, the fact that YOU have one doesn't make them either cheap of easy to find it the wild. Lots of guys on here who've been sitting on hens teeth.

Occasionally I like to check my own recollection of things. I did a search for 'Tommy stocks' here. I found my thoughts of this from back in 2017.
I think the days of 'Tommy stocks' for $220-270 complete and matching with all metal are long gone. Unless someone falls on a big pile of them somewhere? I think that ship has long sailed. At one time that was the best you could hope for to make a true stock mis-match. If you got lucky you even got the correct stock/metal from the correct era.

I have been guilty of hoarding several of “Tommies” K98 stocks since 2011 when they were cheaper than cheap!
Thanks for reminding me as they are still sitting in boxes in the closet.

Lol, I’m scared to admit how many I have in storage. I used to also get them from Mario as well. Great deals. Many with matching triggerguards too

I’m thinking now it was maybe Mario I got them from as all of mine have matching bands and TG.
