S/42 G

last year i've got a matching but the bolt S/42 G but the stock lets me in doubt , so i need some help .

For starters, no S/42G left the factory with a laminated stock…….

It very well come be a depot rework. I used to own a nearly matching S/42 G depot rework. The walnut stock had been replaced with a laminate one. There was a very faint depot stamp on the bottom of the stock. However, mine also had the barrel replaced, so that was a dead give away as well.

Hi ber, it looks like a « death’s head » below the wrist (although faint).
Have you checked markings on the barrel and close to the barrel code ?

yes it seems to be a faint DH on the wrist this is one of the reason of my doubts , i've checked the barrel stamps , it's a Silesia nothing more .
for me this stock is an enigma .
