Thank you very much, great information!They were made in the early 50ies by Brno and were ordered by the Czech government. They show Czech / Brno acceptance stamps and other markings. The original finish was a very good and nice blackish blueing. The stock was walnut, without takedown disc in the butt. Some kind of kriegsmodell configuration. The rings were stamped; the lower ring was unique to this model. The trigger guard was a combination of milled and stamped and as well unique to this model. The serial ranges from 00001 to 20000; I've never seen a serial bigger than 20000.
Many went to East Germany and/or Iraq. Those are often marked accordingly.
