translation help.Luftwaffe Document

Hello all, Don't post much in this sub forum but, couldn't resist buying this document yesterday. K98k related but, cant quite decipher the whole thing.
I wasn't sure if it was the document for the shooting lanyard 2nd class ?? Anyways, bought it loose unframed figured Id frame it some day got home an dug through some junk found a frame and matte
and trimmed it.. wha la !! it looks pretty good IMHO.. not perfect but it will do.. Thanks for the help..

did some searching around and cant find one like it posted online...

thanks guys.. I took a better photo. Will be posting it soon. I have the gist of the document. Is this the document for the shooting lanyard ? I searched for a while yesterday and tried to translate a few words
but , some wouldnt translate to english..
 
Here is a large clear photo of the stamp and pencil signed signature. My big question is >> what is this document for ?

Yes, it is a document for the shooting lanyard.

Dievenow was used as a training base for signal troops, a typical place where men could qualify for those lanyards.
 
ok thanks.. In my search I found different type of awards listed for the lanyard.. Weather or not they are listed correctly is another thing all together. I couldn't find one like this.
there were three or four different levels of shooting lanyards I believe.

just to keep this interesting here are the other two I found posted online. Both similar in meaning I guess but totally different graphicly . I see one is earlier and one is later in issue date maybe that's the reason ???

Back in the 1970's, while stationed in Germany, we shot the qualification course with our Bundeswehr partner unit for the then current version of the Schutzenschnur award.
