I'm looking forward till it shows up in Europe. The other two volumes weren't a problem to find.

Greetings from Belgium,
Johan

We have several German book dealers that order from us, and this volume will be the same. There is going to be a lag due to the fact that books must be shipped to an expediter and then put on a boat. Mailing books to Europe is extremely expensive, we have no control of that so it is nice to have dealers there to buy from.

I'm very excited for the book. I look forward to buying it.

As a side question, where is the serialization in these books? There's no number in mine that I see. Thanks.

Serial numbered books

Guys the serial numbered run was a limited offering when Volume III came out (Kriegsmodell).
Anyone who had a number assigned for Volume III kept the same number for Volume I and the same
will apply to Volume II.

There will be a signed and numbered sticker affixed to the inside cover, the same as in Volume I.

We will be offering a very limited run of the full Volume I-III signed and numbered sets continuing
where the numbering left off at the end of our limited signed and numbered sets for VI-III.

Our inventory of Volume III is nearly depleted and once gone, there will be no more.

This is the truth, which I've stated before. I bet we will be out of "Kriegsmodell Vol. III" before the first frost of the year.

I'd have to double check as some were reprinted, but about 2000 of each (I think less Vol 1 ).

I like my publications "first print". I have first printing of BBOTW too. I have Vol. 3, need Vol. 1 but it came out during my "break from the hobby" so first print is out of the question I'm sure. So I will be grabbing Vol's 1 and 2 at the same time.

ohh yes !! thanks and congrats to both of you for the big accomplisched job ,so i'm very impatient to get one .

It looks like about $80 per book, or 160 for the set. I haven't sat down and done the math exactly, but each of these books is the size of Kriegsmodell which we sell for 95.

Ok, update - I'm wrong on the price by quite a bit. I'll post the actual price by next weekend. It's lower than that.

The book is worth thousands...that is what it would take to gather all the info yourself....:hail::hail::hail::hail::thumbsup:

I'm confused? What you quoted above is already much lower than what's on Third Party? Then you said even lower?? :)

We are working with the printer on their pre-flight process.
Going well so far and about 5 days into that process.

In a nutshell, we have to checkoff all 910 pages, one at a time but its on-line and pretty efficient.
Once the preflight is done the printer will get the collations complete and run test pages for us for color balance.
After we have reviewed the test pages and given the ok, the entire run will be processed.

I will get one unbound copy for review but by then its just a formality as the books are ready for binding.

Also, Mike will update the final price when we get a re-quote back from the printer as IIb was 10 pages larger than our last final price.

The set of books on thirdpartypress.com is for volume 1 & 3, so it's NOT the new set. Like Bruce said, I'll finalize the price for Vol.2 when we're ready to sell it.
